BusinessOptix and Evidology Announce Formal Partnership

April 3, 2019

BusinessOptix has announced a formal partnership with Evidology that will see the latter’s innovative compliance software become available on the company’s cloud-based business process streamlining platform.

Customers in highly-regulated sectors around the world will enjoy enhanced support in meeting multiple regulations in international markets.

BusinessOptix CEO Peter McInally said: “BusinessOptix is being used by global firms to redefine business models and practices, accelerate transformation, optimise operations, and streamline go-to-market processes. This new partnership with Evidology enhances what we offer and provides customers with the kind of compliance support that is simply not available elsewhere.

“Compliance with multiple regulations is unavoidable. What is avoidable though, is the stress and financial threat that faces private and public sector organisations as they try to navigate a way through their compliance issues. We are delighted Evidology is now available on our business platform. Together we will grow our customer base even further across a variety of sectors and markets.”

Evidology was originally created to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The system simplifies and standardises the approach to compliance and is now applicable to every type of regulation and policy, irrespective of sector, market or geographical location.

It is a software solution that uses the basis of claims, argument and evidence and incorporates data management to ensure that organisations do everything possible to comply with a growing range of regulations. This includes dynamically updating the system with changes to legislation/regulation, highlighting process changes that may be needed to comply with the changes and providing an audit trail. This trail includes identification of the individual who is responsible for making the decision about whether or not a process change is necessary.

Terry Barnden, Evidology managing director, said: “We are excited to be making this formal partnership announcement. BusinessOptix has a proven track record of success and growth and the company’s platform is an ideal vehicle for making Evidology available to compliance-hungry businesses and government bodies in the USA, Australia, Europe, India, and the UK.

“The two companies complement each other very well, and our joint efforts will lead to even quicker growth.”
